BACKGROUND
Responsible and highly ambitious Suffolk based final year graphic design graduate with a hardened academic and practical understanding of applied design with an added illustrative artist background. Dedicated to self and core skill improvement, I am looking to further my design with any new areas of discovery avaliable. I provide key communicative skills working as productive member of any team I’m in, as well as being a conducive self- oriented creative with a keen eye for details and engaging outcomes. Below follows some of my most accomplished design related experiences.
PROJECTS
Contemporary and illustrative graphic and UX designer. As a graphic design student, I have worked on a variety of projects ranging from branding and publication design to illustration and conceptual art. Each project reflects my passion for creating impactful visual experiences for a range of users with the development of creating innovative design solutions at the core of my career.
CLIENTS
I was delighted with the outcome of my new logo design and branding. In particular I found the logo and branding colour choices to be really contemporary and distinctive, which helped me very quickly gain a professional feel to my newly created business from inception. It meant I could pre-sale and even have my signage and merchandise all branded and ready for opening. The final design exceeded my expectation. It was far simpler and bold than I had expected yet conveyed my logo and message powerfully. I love the icon and it’s so useful to use on my merchandise and I havent seen anything like that being used by any my competitors. My business really looks distinctive on social media now with a clearer brand identity. When I explained that I needed a clear lettering for use on my windows in the studio, Lucy came up with a great typeface that works brilliantly and looks amazing etched onto the glass windows in the studio. Far better than I had envisaged. Lucy was very thoughtful and intuitive with responding to certain changes I needed and listened well to my suggestions which made the whole process so much easier. I found her suggestions on fonts and colours really exciting and current, which helped me bring my branding more up to date. I thought her responses to my emails were prompt and efficient and we had my new logo , branding, signage and instagram posts all up and running in under 10 days.
​I'm still using Lucy now to help me with new instagram branded posts and brand social media. I wish her luck in her new business and will still be using her for regular earned content production.
I have used Lucy for many projects from logo creation and branding kit, infographics, branded marketing illustrations and have always been super pleased with the outcome.
